Web26 Nov 2012 · CIN3 is high grade abnormality, and LLETZ is the treatment they do to remove. Am googling like a lunatic, but what's the point really? It won't tell me anything until I go. I don't understand how it can look normal but return a CIN3 result. Also without a biopsy I am wondering how accurate this might or might not be.
