No more needing to deal with SaltySD incompatibilities or dubiously legal whole ROM patching! Modding can be as easy as model-swapping. WebThe 3DS's scaling solution for DS games is poor. When I play DS games on an emulator on my laptop, even though I play at the original resolution, the emulator's scaling algorithm is much better. The games look pixellated, but tack sharp (if that makes sense). I had no problems playing DS games on my NEW 3DS XL.
