My bloodied character can do better in stealth with no extra perks than my full health character with all the perks. That agility boost is second to none.

WebArmor Piercing isn't worth it because of Incisor and the bleed damage from Long bow Bar is heavily outweighed by the increase in base damage that the Dual Bar provides.
