Webi only used xinerama but i think for xrandr you'll need to tell it more about the multiple devices. Take a look at the --listproviders and --setprovideroutputsource options if you didn't already. This should work with autoconfiguration (without xorg.conf). Using --listproviders and --setprovideroutputsource worked!
