WebI suffer from (muscular) TMD. When mewing with my tongue a bit distanced from my front teeth my jaw moves forward (unconsciously). I believe this may be positive for my TMD. Do other also experience this phenomenon? Can someone explain? When I mew with my tongue a bit more forward / touching my teeth, it doesn’t happen.
