WebEphemera is organised by Townsville City Galleries. Competitive works will be on display along Townsville’s picturesque 2km beachfront – The Strand – from 22 July to 6 August 2024, exhibited alongside a selection of invited sculptures. This year, Ephemera competitive artists can enter two competition categories; WebEphemera will showcase 29 artworks by local and nationally-renowned artists, including 20 competitive sculptures, four sculptures by invited artists, two schools projects, 2 projection artist and a chalk artist. The 20 competitive artworks will be competing for the major $10,000 Award for Artistic Excellence.
